Shipping

We want that our objects will reach you safe at best possible prices. In general our packages. Generally, we insure all of our deliveries against loss and damage during transportation. Due to the size and weight of our objects we are working together with different logistic partners:

  • We deliver the following objects via DHL: Ambassador, Sedia Uno, Bambino and Bambinooo
  • We deliver the following objects via a individual logistic partner: Panca, Libreria, Tavolo-Rettangolare-X and Tavolo-Rettangolare-Grid

This applies for the shipping in Germany and also for the international shipping. The shipping is usually made to the curb. If you order a Ambassador, Sedia Uno, Bambino or Bambinooo we will provide a tracking number before the shipping. So you are able to track the shipping and receive the package personally. If you order a Panca, Libreria, Tavolo-Rettangolare-X or a Tavolo-Rettangolare-Grid our logistic partner will get in touch with you to arrange a fixed delivery date.

We deliver in the following countries:

  • Switzerland
  • Spain
  • Portugal
  • Belgium
  • Netherlands
  • Luxembourg
  • Denmark
  • Sweden
  • Finland

We also take orders from outside of these countries but can deliver only to a address within those countries. Please follow the instructions during the ordering procedure.

If you want to order one of our objects desperately in a country that is not on the list, please write us a email to team@cucula.org.

The shipping costs are depending on the ordered objects. We explicitly show the shipping costs at every order. Please use therefore our shipping cost calculator during the ordering procedure and provide us your zip code and your country of dispatch. We are sending each object individually. If you want to place a order of several objects we also can provide an individual transport. Please write us an email before your order to team@cucula.org

Returns

Of course you have the option to return your ordered objects according to the dates defined in our general terms and conditions of business. For handling a return based on your cancellation right please contact us at team@cucula.org.

Therefore an informal statement with a reason is absolutely adequate.

Incurred costs for the return can not be overtaken by CUCULA. You are responsible that our objects are shipped in a perfect condition. Please take care of an appropriate insurance for the return shipping. We have to and will invoice resulting repair costs for renovation our objects.
